What is an insurance broker and how is it different from an agent?

A broker is an independent professional registered with RUI section B, who works for the client, not for a single company. Unlike an agent (tied to the insurer), a broker analyses the market, compares proposals and selects the best conditions for your specific risk. Zero conflicts of interest.

How much does your service cost?

Consulting and quoting are free for the client. The broker is paid by the insurance companies via standard commissions — just like an agent — but without the constraint of selling a specific policy. Full transparency on the final policy cost.

How long until I get a quote?

For standard risks (home, auto, professional liability, cargo) we reply within 24–48 hours. For complex risks (structured businesses, D&O, cyber, marine) we need 3–7 business days for an in-depth analysis and qualified quotes from multiple companies.

Do you work with every company?

We have agreements with over 40 leading Italian and international insurers, including the main players of the Italian market and Lloyd's of London for special risks. We are not tied exclusively to any single company.

How does claims management work?

We stand by you personally from the first notice of loss to the settlement: we prepare the documentation, liaise with the adjuster, flag any formal issues and verify the indemnity is correct. Our work truly begins when it really matters.

Can I switch broker if I already have an active policy?

Of course. Policies can be transferred to our management at any time (a free procedure provided by IVASS regulations), with no renewals, new risk assessments or extra costs. Continuity of cover is guaranteed.
